Enough said! Please read on and learn about Fifth Wave's latest offering, Bones…
Bones is an application that allows you to roll dice on your Macintosh. This by itself, wouldn't be a big deal, except that Bones allows you to roll dice that are multi-sided. In other words, you can roll 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, and 100 sided dice, as well as "custom" combinations.
Launching Bones
Like all good Macintosh software, you should be able to jump right in and begin using Bones by simply double clicking on the application's icon (shown below).
The Controls
Clearly, the documentation isn't written yet. However, in the interest of shareware, I decided to release it anyway. Stat Logging is a future feature that doesn't work (yet). Look for 1.0 version (this is 1.0beta).
Having stated it's beta, I know of no functional or crashing bugs. Please let me know if you find some.
The Menus
Not done.
Help
If you are operating under System 7.0 or later, you may take advantage of Balloon Help. Simply select the "Show Balloons" menu item from the Balloon Help menu in the upper-right corner of your menu bar. See your Macintosh manual for further instructions on how to activate Balloon Help.
If there are any problems, suggestions, or bug reports, please contact Fifth Wave immediately.
